INDUSTRIAL // DESIGN & BUILD
Providing full-service design-build solutions that connect an organization’s warehousing, distribution and sales facilities
Cord just completed an industrial warehouse expansion project for our client, Rockford Toolcraft, Northern Illinois’ leading manufacturer of heavy industrial dies and stampings. We used the design-build delivery method on this 33,300k SF expansion of their existing 118,950 SF warehouse in Rockford, Illinois. Our scope involved sitework, shell construction and warehouse expansion including washrooms and mezzanine offices of a pre-engineered metal building. Additional work included fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades. Originally slated to be completed in February 2025; our team completed early in January.
