  • Provided Construction Management/General Contracting services for a 40,000 SF complete gut and remodel of an existing precast building
  • Cut in 21 new window and door openings in existing precast wall system
  • Project highlights included: new 2-story office mezzanine, additional parking and sitework, dock fill in, and new roof
