  • Work included pre-construction design, surveying, and floorplan and renderings. We spent extra time upfront to build a detailed timeline to get things right.
  • Project highlights included: converting an outdated industrial building into a modern retail center that features a multi-tenant building with common areas, leased spaces, a rooftop patio and new parking areas.
  • Understanding the costs, budget, designs, and schedule early in the process allowed the owners to develop a competitive retail property in the marketplace.
