Design-Build services for a manufacturer of industrial saw blades in need of a new precast concrete wall panel building and new office area including a training room, restroom, breakroom and conference rooms.

WHAT WE DID

  • Mezzanine level above office area for archival storage.
  • Sitework including new building sign, semi truck turning area, landscaping and paving.
  • Warehouse space with truck docks, lapidolith floor surface hardener and grade level overhead door for warehouse.
