Oversee construction of a new all masonry elementary school on a 30-acre site including all site development and parking lot work.

WHAT WE DID

  • Despite a two-month rain delay, we managed the project with efficient scheduling and strategic use of overtime so the project was completed before the bell rang for the first day of school
  • Provided lime stabilization for overly wet site conditions
  • Oversaw construction of key features including the library, gymnasium, full kitchen and first storm shelter for an elementary school
