Worked on annexation agreements
Handled sewer and water hook-ups
Negotiated terms for a larger than typically allowed 50-foot digital sign on I-90, giving the company exposure to hundreds of thousands of potential customers every day
Quickly reworked and managed plans to accommodate a realization that the plan needed to double in size and scope
