Founded in 1979 in Freeport, Illinois, Cord Construction initially focused on design-build projects for industrial clients. In the early 1980s, the firm relocated to Rockford, Illinois. Today, with Craig Erdmier as its President, Cord Construction is a leading contractor in the region that provides construction services to clients in a variety of industries.
